Alicia Chiamulera joined Charter Oak Capital Management as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2018. At Charter Oak, Alicia serves as a Senior Financial Advisor and the Chair of the firm’s Financial Planning practice group.
