Alex joined Foundation North in November 2022 after spending 5 years at ASB Bank as the finance business partner for the Business bank. Prior to this Alex returned to New Zealand in 2016 having spent 15 years working in London for large asset managers including HSBC Asset Management and BlackRock and brings strong finance leadership and investment management understanding. Alex started her career with Ernst & Young after completing Bachelor of Physical Education and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Otago University. She is a CA member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand. When not working she enjoys exploring the outdoors, mountain biking and supporting her children’s sport
