As an Associate Portfolio Manager for Moneta’s Investment Team, Alex Timmermann is responsible for portfolio management, trading, model creation, and tax loss harvesting. He joined Moneta in 2022 because he wanted to be in a position where he could use his knowledge to make investment decisions clients. Previously, Alex worked for Edward Jones and NISA Investment Advisors, where he learned about model strategies, trading, and financial operations. Alex earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance from Southeast Missouri State University and his Master of Science degree in Finance from Webster University.
