Alex joined Bailard’s real estate team in 2016. As Senior Vice President, his responsibilities include acquisitions of new investments as well as portfolio and asset management within the real estate portfolio. Prior to Bailard, he worked at Eastdil Secured in San Francisco on the Debt Capital Markets team where he assisted in sourcing and structuring commercial mortgage financings for all asset types nationally. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Alex served as a Portfolio Analyst for SunTrust Institutional Investment Solutions. He received an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Commerce from the University of
