Adam Berman joined Berman Enterprises in 2009 after working as a quantitative analyst at Vicis Capital LLC. Adam holds a Masters in Physics from Princeton University and a Bachelors in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University. Adam's focus is split between operations, overseeing Berman's financial and accounting processes, leasing for Berman's DC Metro Area office portfolio, and land development for Berman's undeveloped land portfolio; focusing particularly on transit oriented development and government leasing.
